Digital delivery
The scan itself is free and runs before you ever pay, so you see your score, issue counts, and one full finding before deciding whether to unlock the rest. Unlocking the full report is a digital service that completes immediately after payment - the report you already saw the preview of is simply revealed in full within seconds. By paying to unlock it, you ask us to deliver it straight away, and you acknowledge that once it's unlocked, you lose the standard 14-day right to cancel that normally applies to purchases under UK consumer law - because the service has, at that point, already been fully performed.
When we'll refund you
We'll refund an unlock in full if:
- A technical fault on our side meant your report came back significantly incomplete - specifically, if a meaningful share of checks failed with an internal error rather than reaching a genuine pass, fail, or "not checkable" result
- You were charged but the full report never unlocked
- You were charged more than once for the same scan due to a system error
When we won't
We generally won't refund an unlock because:
- You didn't like or agree with the score or findings - you already saw the score, severity counts, and one full finding for free before paying, so this is known before you buy
- A check reported "not checkable" for a reason outside our control - for example, an upstream public service (DNS, certificate transparency, or a domain registry) was temporarily unavailable, which the report always discloses honestly rather than guessing
- You entered the wrong domain (you see the free preview for that exact domain before paying, precisely to avoid this)
How to request one
Email us with the domain scanned and the email address used at checkout, and we'll review it - usually within a few business days.
